Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative must be able to perform each essential job task successfully. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Customer Service Department of phenox Inc.

This position requires a versatile and experienced individual who is results-driven and client oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This individual understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the sensitive nature of the various business matters that is encountered. This individual has the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
